Jazeera Airways launches direct flights to Bengaluru

Jazeera Airways on Tuesday said it will launch its service to Bengaluru on November 3, flying to the city twice a week on Thursdays and Saturdays, with fares starting at Rs 19,999 for a one-way trip to Kuwait.

Kuwait’s leading low-cost airline, which operates regionally and internationally, launched its operations in India with Hyderabad in October 2017. It has grown to eight destinations in India and now has 30 direct flights to and from Kuwait, the airline said in the year of declaration.

Regional Manager for South Asia, Romana Parvi said, “We are very excited to fly to Garden City with two flights per week connecting Indian expats from Kuwait to India and ferrying our valued passengers back from India to Kuwait and beyond to a large number of holiday and pilgrimage destinations destinations.” The launch comes as part of the airline’s expansion in India, with Jazeera Airways now flying to all destinations available under the bilateral agreement between the two countries, the statement added.
